The following things are used for descriping medals and how you get it.

Main Awards:
Award: Distinguished Service Award
Medal:

Details: A Ribbon awarded to those who have helped contribute to the clan forum or the clan. (i.e Posting, Successful ban appeals, Helping out a mod, etc)
Reputation: +2

Award: Meritorious Service Award
Medal:

Details: Awarded to those who give out their knowledge to help other members in the clan or the forum.
Reputation: +2

Award: Long Service Award Class 4
Medal:

Details: Awarded to people who have contributed to the forum or clan at least 3 months. (Consistent)
Reputation: +2

Award: Long Service Award Class 3
Medal:

Details: Awarded to people who have contributed to the forum or clan at least 6 Months (Consistent)
Reputation: +3

Award: Long Service Award Class 2
Medal:

Details: Awarded to people who have contributed to the forum or clan at least 1 year (Consistent, 1 month total leave allowed within given financial year)
Reputation: +5, +7 for those who have no leaves taken

Award: Long Service Award Class 1
Medal:

Details: Awarded to people who have contributed to the forum or clan at least 2 years (Consistent, 3 months total leave allowed within given financial year)
Reputation: +10, +20 for those who have taken no leave

Award: Gamer's Edge Member of the Year
Medal:

Details: Awarded to people who constantly help the clan and forum which can be seen by everyone or any moderators/ admins in the forum or clan. (Given yearly to one person with most outstanding achievements, Non Gamer's Edge Officers only)

Award: Gamer's Edge Officer of the Year (Forum)
Medal:

Details: Awarded to Officers (Mods/Admins) of Gamer's Edge forum for extreme devotion to their duty in maintaining the forum. (Awarded once per year)

Award: Gamer's Edge Officer of the Year (Clan EDGE/Bots)
Medal:

Details: Awarded to Officers (Bot Root/Admins, Clan Chief/Shamans) of Gamer's Edge Bots or Gamer's Edge Clans for extreme devotion to their duty to uphold the rules within the clan or within games with bots (Awarded once per year)

Beta Tester Medals:
Award: Founder Award

Details: Awarded to people who have regestierd before 22/4/12 and helped out with the Alpha Test.
Reputation: +5

Misc Awards:
Award: Bot Supplier Award
Medal:

Details: Awarded to those who have helped putting bots up welcoming people to ask for hosting a game for a long period of time.
Reputation: +15 (Extra 15 every year if still supplying bot)

Award: Award for Outstanding Administration
Medal:

Details: Awarded to Moderators/Admins who have justified many or some people who are falsely accursed, spending enormous amount of time investing on bot bans, bot rules, moderating a game, etc.

Award: Tournment Champion Cup
Details: Awarded to winners of the tournment.
