After you read it, you need to get to know everyone in the clan, when you think you do, come back on the forum.
Step 3
Find Recommendations: By helping out and that the members and other people could see you doing it, you would recommend you. But if you are doing this purposely just for getting shaman, sorry, you failed. Recommendations from members could be made up words, so it won't increase the chance of getting shaman. Shaman Recommendations are those effective ones, if you get at least 3 shamans (Depending on how many shamans are currently in the clan.), Your chance of success will increase, but definitely not giving you without asking leader.
