Reason: DivineD got disconnected from the match and Bawbsagit ran in and started killing the items (item killing) and was laughing and telling me off (after being warned). Uhh i got proof, 2 photos.. lets see if i know how to add them.
ALSO: I wanted to know if someone could ban him on USEast too, for some reason it banned him on west even tho i was on East.

| I was playing a game in GE13 on USEast against a PuRpleSyRup. He sure did troopblock. I warned him about permanent ban but he refused to unblock. After a few minutes, I decided to post the ban request and I did a /whois PuRpieSyRup and /whois PuRpLeSyRup on east and returned no result.
I then immediately quit and went on west and did /whois PuRpieSyRup and /whois PuRpLeSyRup to find out what is name really is and it also returned no result. So I went on Europe and did /whois PuRpieSyRup and /whois PuRpLeSyRup. So I don't now who this guy really is and which realm he was really in. All i know is he sure was not on USEast.
If your friend is on USEast, I suggest we ban both PuRpieSyRup and PuRpLeSyRup on EU and West. If we have a legit player, he will contact to request the appeal. I forgot to do a /from to find out where he's from. That sure narrows down the guy also.

| Well mech, since its his first time, i will give him a warning, and if he does that again he will be banned, he plays alot, so i guess he deserves that.
And im not talking abt other ban reasons, but when it comes to pooling, i believe the ones who usually play on the bot deserve a warning first.

Yeah. Unfortunately, the difference between 'Bannable' and 'Strategy' isn't so clear so I at least prefer to give a warning rather than a time ban for the first offense
If it was abusing a glitch or something, then warning might not be needed though
