Q: I'm going on a holiday for couple of weeks or for some other reason cant be online for long period of time, but I don't want to get kicked... What should I do?

A: Let us know you are going to be off. Make a topic at the 'Clan Chat' forums telling us that you are going to be away for long time. When we know that you are away for a reason then we won't kick you.

Q: Some people in the clan are very inactive! Why don't you kick them?

A: This is sad but true. But theres no reason to kick anyone unless we run out of space (100 member limit). They do no harm just by being inactive.
Of course this has it's limit too. Inactivity leads to demotion (read below) but also to kick if it exceeds 300 days.

Q: I don't feel like playing Warcraft at the moment...

A: No problem, playing WC3 is a hobby and not a profession. So do as you please, take breaks whenever you want to. It's only natural as long as it doesn't last longer than a month or so. If you pass that time without the urge to continue playing, then you should ask yourself if you're still in the right clan.

Q: I'm about to get my map ready to be played, and since I'm in a pro gaming clan, anything I need to know?

A: Yes, in return for our support you are supposed to advertise the clan with a simple message at the loading screen or at the beginning of the game. 'Presented by Clan EDGE @ Lordaeron' or something similar. Since this is a Pro Gaming Clan, you need to post hosting request at the hosting request forum.
Additionally, you should add a link to our host request forum in ur post.

Q: I made a map before I joined Clan EDGE, do I need to add the message and the link?

A: This depends. If you made the map long ago before you joined clan EDGE and you are not planning on making any updates to it, then there is no need for you to make a new version just to do that.

If you are still working on the map (or if it's not even released as beta yet), then you are supposed to add the link somewhere at least.
You don't have to present it as Clan EDGE map, but it makes us happy of course.

Q: I can't see the edit button for the map I uploaded. But I want to update it, what should I do?

A: Upload your new version as a new map. It doesn't have to be removed.

Q: I'm a clan member but I cannot see the 'Clan Chat' forum...

A: Contact Weiss and he will fix it

Q: The bot / some random person is annoying me!

A: Just report it and we'll deal with it. (Report through Reports forum)

Q: Why is there no mailsystem for the bot?

A: It is considered to be contra productive to the forums. Please use Private Messages instead. There is also a chat system on the links on top of the page. Sometimes you could use stealthbot if you have access to any of them in the clan.
