| This is for All Bot Admins:
This thread includes the names of users that we were not able to ban due to many different reasons. If you see them in a game, you will need to ban them on sight.
Example: Weiss and boowoo was in an AAA game together, Weiss went AFK and the opponent kicked his allies and left the game. We could not ban him because he was on Europe or East and we couldn't do !banlast or !ban username because he QQ too fast. I couldn't ban him after game is over because he was on another realm.
Therefore, if you see the following people, ban them on sight.
Also update this thread if you need add on to it.
