| This is the suggested length of bans so that Admins don't arbitrarily ban an excessive length due to anger (Separate your emotions from your unpaid work)
Leaver Killing Repeatedly and/or Intentionally: ~15 Days
-No ban for killing once if it is negligible or to kill a runner
Example: A dying hero is being chased and runs to base. The hunter might 'accidentally' kill leaver while killing the runner
-No ban if Leaver Killing causes negligible results
Example: Team 1 needs 10 kills to win while Team 2 needs 140 kills. Team 2 Leaver Killing would do no real harm. Team 1 Leaver Killing is just to end a dead game
-No ban if the opponent is hiding in base for extended amounts of time repeatedly or afking
Example: Only afking opponent remains and he never returns, or rarely
-Bans should be longer if the game is very close
Example: Both teams need 5 kills left to win
Verbally Harassing Excessively: ~7 Days
-Excessively means verbally annoying/abusing people throughout the game. This primarily concerns the people who becomes strong and repeatedly insults the weak players needlessly
-Personally, I wouldn't care about Flaming since I can get stronger while they waste their time. The harassing must be extremely excessive and not just a person complaining
-Physically harassing people by massacre is not bannable since killing is part of the game. Don't mind leavers too much since others shouldn't suffer for someone else's enjoyment (it's a different story if they repeatedly do this to annoy people)
-I am not likely to ban someone for this unless I get a replay + complaints from other people about the person
Abuse Votekick: ~7 Days
-This refers to a group of people who knows each other and kicks others for no good reason
Example: Red/Blue constantly kicks the newcomer to prevent game from starting
-This includes people who constantly kick people as they wait for a friend to come (Join next game if it takes too long)
-No ban for people who kick in 3v1. If you were losing, then they just wanted to end a pointless game. If you were winning, take pride in the fact that you scared them off.
Besides, this is very common anyways. Democratic kick ftw... If you are annoyed by it, join next game and hunt them down for revenge 0.o
Game Ruining: ~3 Days
-Various things such as preventing a game from starting
Oz/Boss/Kill Stealing, Leaving, Afking, Hogging Leaver Items, Mode Choices: Not Bannable
-While these can be annoying, they are generally minor and part of the game
Remember to provide evidence. Replays are good if you missed the screen shot moment but indicate the approximate time of offense
(Don't be lazy and say, "He Leaver Killed somewhere in the middle of the replay". I will not scan the entire replay to find something that I might miss)
I recommend around 1/2 of the duration if I said 'Bans should be shorter', and 1.5 if I said 'Bans should be longer'
-For people who abused the same guideline 2 times, the 2nd ban duration will be 2x. 3 times is 3x and so forth
-For people who accumulated +180 Days, they get a Perma Ban
Lower duration of ban might be better since accidents and angry outbursts do happen. The border between Tactics and Abusing isn't always clear
Besides, getting banned for 2 months might feel like a Perma ban already
*Note: Offenses are not limited to this but I will not name every abuse since I do not want to spread glitches around that barely anyone knows about
*Note2: If you hit Print Screen, paste image to Paint, and upload image, the file size might be over 500kb and cannot be attached to a post
-Same for replays that last too long. They might become over 500kb which is around 30 min for BvO games... maybe
-In this case, you can upload it to Mediafire or other site you can upload things
-Hidden Guidelines for Kicking and Muting-

-For the process of when banning someone
-For removing leaver killers without a desire to ban
Reason to Mute:
-For excessive spammers
