| Hello everyone.
I'm here today, to talk about a very serious matter, that concerns every European players.
I'm currently playing on the West server, since SteelKnight asked me to join up on West server, and Blizzaga was there was well, and I've played with them a lot of times, and I get well along with them, those are the main reasons why I joined up the West server.
But, there's one problem, and it doesn't matter if it's West or East server, for example, at New York, when it's Mid Night here at Portugal, it will be 7pm at New York. That's an huge difference of time, and that way, I won't be able to socialize with every members, since some, only get on, really late, like, from 11pm or something like that.
So, I started a conversation with KILLemALL, and exposed my point of view, I asked if there was any European Gamer's Edge, he said there was one once. Evidently, I asked what happened to it, if it was still active, and he told me it disappeared, and no one remade it.
That means, it would be possible to make it again, as long as the leader has enough maturity for the task (like anything else on the life, everything comes with a responsibility).
So, I would like to reunite everyone here on this thread, whoever is up for the challenge.
For the Gamer's Edge European Leader, I would like to ask the current Leader & Shaman's, to make a vote. Because, only them, will know who's the best for the task of being the lider.
No, I'm not licking anyone shoes, and, to proof that, I already said I wouldn't be the leader (and I doubt even if I would participate in being one, that I would ever be), because of a couple of reasons, that doesn't matter for this thread.
The main global benefits in my point of view, are the following:
1- More people online at bots, which means, better control over hackers/fun breakers/obscene language.
2- Since European have different GMT's, it would give a higher diversity of online admins over the bots, I'm at 0 GMT, that's the max GMT basically, from Europe (Well, Azores & Madeira have -1 GMT, but I won't count those). Basically, we would have people with +2/3 GMT, while New York has -5 GMT (giving examples only).
The main European benefits, would be the possibility of having a lot of people on at the same moment, which would make us able to play more, with our clannies 
Sometimes, I'm awake at 2am, and there's almost no one online.
I'm sorry if this post is going against someone's point of view, if you have any suggestions / critics, make them in a constructive way.
I would like the members to submit their applications here, saying their European Account name, plus, if they want to be in the contest of being the next Gamer's Edge European leader. Don't forget the responsibilities this carries, and the schedules you will have to perform in order to make sure everything is alright.
The leader must be very active, pro-active, not hot headed for sure, with a high level of maturity, friendly, communicative, with proper English, and able to solve hard situations as quick as possible, without harming any member in the process. Shaman's will be there to help though, but, they ain't the major key of a clan's functionality. If the leader is a disrupted person, without any common sense & maturity, there's no use of making the European Division.

Below is slot available for you to join, from 1 - 10. The first 10 will be the founders of the clan and automatically become Grunt once probation is done which means you could be Grunt bypass the challenge.

Enter total numbers required for each type.
"Directing Staff" are members who will perform a supervisory role or assist in the running of an activity/course.
"Staff" are members who only participate on the activity or course.
For example: "Staff" are deemed as participants on a Staff Training course and "Directing Staff" are the course lecturers.
Non-Members: Unlimited, but Peons are reserved before Non-Members
Peons: Unlimited unless out of slot
Grunts: Unlimited unless out of slot
Shamans: Shamans from other Gamer's Edge Clans who wish to help out could nominate as Shamans, you will have a reserved slot for you which means peons will be removed from their spot to the other spot for the shaman. if it is full, the peon will not get a chance to participate.

First of all, if you want to apply for that, there really have rules for it included in Clan Rank Promotion thread. In case you are lazy or cbf searching for it and blame saying you can't find it, I will paste it here.
Quote In case of a possible new Leader, don't be afraid to state the suggestion. In case you found someone worthy enough, everyone in the clan will be allowed to cast their vote in the forum. Peon-votes are counted normally, Grunt-votes count twice, Shaman-votes count 4-times.
Suggestions of new Clan Leader goes PMing to me please. It is because I want a fair vote, I don't want anyone to vote for someone and suddenly change mind when someone put their name up. I hate counting vote twice.

First of all, Chieftain will usually decide whether should make the clan or not, he then will notify the Shamans to prepare.

First of all, I would like to say that I'm sorry about posting this, didn't knew that it would make such a bad situation, since I had a talk with KILLemALL, he told me that if I could gather the members from Europe, that it would be ok to start up a votation procedure, which it would be taken by you guys, which means, I created this thread, only to gather up the members, and to know who wants to be the leader of that European Division, and then, the votation, would be organized by you guys, taking in consideration who's up for it. Again, I know I'm not the right person to do it, but as I stated above, I had a talk with KILLemALL, and I asked him if there was any problem in posting this on the forum, he said there was no problem. I started this thread, only to avoid him losing his time, since he probably has already too much to do day by day. This is not a votation thread, that thread, will need to be private, and created, just for this matter, and that won't be done by myself of course. Besides that, I'm not a Peon anymore, I'm a Grunt since 30th April, because I did the challenge that day against viralyxinfected, but he can't promote me yet, since I entered the clan at 29th April. I already stated aswell, that I don't want to be the leader of the European Division, and I gave the reasons already to KILLemALL, so, he knows why I won't even participate on that contest, and if there's any doubts, I don't mind talking with any of the Clan's Shamans. I've leaded up many clans, and I've decided not to anymore, because of some diversity of reasons. Still, thanks for the compliment about trying to bring back to life the European Division, don't take me wrong, but, the difference of GMT's, are really huge, I had time to meet only some of the members, since most part of the day, everyone's off, usually people logs only after the work time, that means, it's already mid night here, or even more. Since the GMT's are huge, we should use this as benefit aswell, for the European Division, that means, there will be more people on, at different hours, which means, more control over the bots. I like to socialize with the clannies and I like to take an active part of the clan's development as a member, I can help on some tasks, since I know what to do in must of the situations, and I've also GMed in official servers of different games, but that's not called to this topic, and it's part of my past, since I won't ever do that anymore. I would like to have this hidden from the Public, I think this should be Gamer's EDGE internal affairs, if you guys can hide it from unregistered/registered but non-members, it would be nice Take care, and thanks for helping by filling up the "forms" that will be used for the votation plus the votation rules Yours sincerely,

| It is alright about the misunderstanding, I guess.
Thanks for putting this up Legacy, and Weiss, you did your part, but the problem here is that, the East clan created not even a month ago, we still need to maintain everything before doing another. We got personals to help, but the problem is not all of them understands the rule set ages ago as most of them joined way after the creation of clan and also Feb 2011. Secondly, we don't have to hide this from non-members, as they would like to join us then take their vote (I know it is kinda unfair). Lastly, just a reminder to Weiss, can you please get Urahara to fix up the east or make urself the east chieftain? cuz east is kinda getting stuffed up. Kelle,

| No problem at all Kellehendros I was just trying to gather up people for the EU server. Of course, this might take awhile. I also mentioned the leader, since I think it's important the person knows what they are applying for. And the admin votation thread, will be done separate from this one. This thread was made only to know who's in, and if it's available for something further or not. I don't need to say, that I'm in, otherwise, I wouldn't have chatted about it with KILLemALL. About the East server, well, I didn't made this as a rush thread, and sorry if it felt like that. This thread will take time, until it has the minimum members for it. That's something that should be discussed by the administration of Gamer's Edge, in order to determine how many subscribes on this thread, are actually needed in order to proceed to the European server. Clan GE is growing like a rocket, within 3 weeks, we have filled this clan fully

| Incase you guys didn't know.... GamersEdge is currently in Europe and has been for awhile.. It's Channel: GE on the European Server. GamersEdge bots are currently on West, East, and the European server. (Poor Asia, I know) I for one don't oppose this idea, but I've had a bot idling in Europe GE and they are actually quite active. I think for now it's best that we wait a little while before taking on such big leaps. I for one don't oppose the idea though.
But once again for future references. Channel GE is also on the European Server.
